Five Subdivision Projects

Project Work included:

Developed subdivisions in locations from Kirkland in the north to Yelm, WA, in the south.  Activities included land acquisition, engineering, approval process to preliminary plat from the governing authority, negotiation for development capital, self-performing civil work, overseeing subcontractors for concrete, utility line installation and asphalt before installation of landscape finishing, also self performed.

Once at final plat, obtained appropriate house plans for the subdivision, acquired additional home-construction financing, excavated for footings and managed subcontractors that completed houses on the finished lots.
