The C & C Development/Tucci & Sons Joint Venture (CCTJV) is a participant in the SBA All Small Mentor Protégé Program (SBAMPP), is designated as a small business enterprise, and is HUBZone certified.

As part of the SBAMPP, the Mentor and Protégé companies form a stand-alone company that benefits from the combined resources of the two entities. This company, entitled C & C Development/Tucci and Sons JV LLC, is considered a small business for federal procurement purposes and, since C & C Development is HUBZone certified, the JV is HUBZone certified as well.

CCTJV provides a wide range of high quality construction services in the Pacific Northwest, combining the capabilities of Tucci and Sons with the SBE designation and HUBZone certification held by C & C Development.
